Processing Time for all  customized wig and hair bundles are 5-14 Business Days 

 Processing time for non-customized wig units and hair extensions will be 4-5 days

Processing time does NOT  include shipping time.

      Shipping Time:

All wigs, hair extensions and products are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Shipping. This shipping takes  3-5 Business Days for US Residents,  and 7-12 Business days for international orders. 

        Cancellations: 

Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hrs of your purchase date, to effectively cancel orders email us Here with an update of your cancellation.  

Upon second time of a purchase cancelation, there will be a $25  cancelation fee that must be paid at the time of cancellation.

          Returns:

There are NO  exchanges on any of  our wigs or hair extensions, due to our stringent safety measures taken to protect our customers, once our hair products are shipped they can no longer be resold.

Returns are accepted within a  14 Day Time Period with picture or video evidence of  damaged virgin units, or ill integrity of our virgin hair products, email us Here with visual evidence of your grievance  and your tracking number.

    Should a return happen it will take 24-72 hours, and with tracking number of the unit being sent back to us. 

Response time for all question and concerns will be 24 hours

            Lost & Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages , no refunds are applicable  for lost or stolen package and can not be returned.

           All orders will have a tracking number, And you can also request your package be held at your local USPS post office Here.
